Rule 193
Extendable

(1) If a person makes an open application due to reasonable grounds for not being able to complete the submission within the time limit specified in this regulation, the authorized officer may extend the time limit up to a maximum of twenty one days. If there is a need to extend the deadline, it should be submitted to the relevant local body.
(2) After a work contract has been approved, if there is a special situation where the deadline for submitting the submissions taken in accordance with the prescribed conditions should be extended, the approval of the relevant local body should be obtained and if the extension of the deadline exceeds the guarantee period, it should also be extended.
